  • cilantro jalapeƱo crema (recipe above)

  • cubed avocado
  • sliced cherry tomatoes
  • fresh cilantro leaves
  • sliced green onion
Instructions
  1. Serve the warm creamy black beans in individually portioned bowls, over warmed rice/quinoa, topped with quick pickled onions, crema, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and/or green onion.
