Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
- 2 medium carrots - peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 dates
- 1-inch piece ginger
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- seeds from 3 cardamom pods
- 1-1 2/2 cups almond milk
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Distribute between bowls, garnish and serve.
