Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
for the smoothie
  • 2 medium carrots - peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1-inch piece ginger
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • seeds from 3 cardamom pods
  • 1-1 2/2 cups almond milk

Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Distribute between bowls, garnish and serve.
