Fajita Spice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- ½ tablespoon sea salt
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- ½ tablespoon ground cumin, preferably freshly ground
- ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- a few grinds of black pepper
- Combine all the ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Close the jar and shake until well-combined.
