Moon Milk
- your favorite cup's worth of plant milk
- 3-4 cardamom pods - outer green shells removed
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ashwagandha
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon beet powder or turmeric
- Warm up the plant milk in a small saucepan over medium high heat until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot plant milk into a high-speed blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Enjoy right away.
