Moon Milk
Serves: 1
  • your favorite cup's worth of plant milk
  • 3-4 cardamom pods - outer green shells removed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon beet powder or turmeric
  1. Warm up the plant milk in a small saucepan over medium high heat until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot plant milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Enjoy right away.
