Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake from Simply Vibrant

Today we are sharing another step-by-step video we filmed of one of our favorite recipes from Simply Vibrant, in order to show how fun it is to cook from the book :) This Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake is gluten-free, vegan, and sweetened only with dates. The recipe took me so long to develop that I almost scrapped it from the manuscript. I’m so glad I didn’t though, because it’s been the most popular recipe from the book so far. The combination of chocolate and orange is, in my opinion, the most heavenly pairing out there. Your house will smell amazing if/when you bake this baby. I made this and it was delicous. But I don’t love the orange chocolate combination. Did you ever try it without the orange in it? I am thinking of leaving it out and replacing it with another type of juice like maybe cherry juice? Sandy
